Aqua Light Shines In The Dark

However you’re feeling about today’s game, you are a Miami Dolphins fan and there is a tomorrow, for good or bad. New coach, old coach, Superbowl or bust, 2015 is here and you are watching, and 2016 is right around the corner and you’ll be there too. That’s why win or lose today, two players will be given the opportunity to show their stuff. And if they shine, it will be a very bright ray of hope for the “Findom” going forward.

Mitchell and Miller are injured. Both were limited in Friday’s practice and are now listed as questionable. Enter rookie Jordan Phillips and Damien Williams. They will see their reps increased and have a chance to make an impact at this crucial juncture. Both Philips and Williams have flashed tremendous talent. Both have a knock of inconsistency, although Williams has worked most of it out. Both would fill huge holes in the roster of Miami’s future. Both have the chance to contribute to areas Miami is sorely lacking: rushing and stopping the rush.

Williams has displayed true talent in the passing game and has even flashed some talent in the running game as well. He is the only healthy horse today and he will be feed…if the coaching staff has the inclination and acumen to scheme up a rushing attack. I for one see a bright orange and aqua future for Williams and hope today he claims his seat. Miller is oft-injured and after 12 carries his play diminishes and last but not least, next season he’ll want a big payday. If Williams shines today it could be a huge relief this season and more so in 2016.

Jordan was a bit of a football betting software getting picked in the second round. He was called lazy and a bit of a reach. So far his limited play has shown otherwise. He has been more than a “run stuffer” and has picked up a sack as well as applying pressure. For all the knocks on Suh’s lackluster play, the DT spot next to him has been a weak point. Suh should have demanded a double team against the Jags, but when he did draw the double against the Skins the other D-lines players failed to take advantage. Today Phillips will get more reps and have a chance to justify his pick.

We could also talk about Parker and Jamil, who was mentioned in a prior article – we have a lot to look forward to (at least as far as a roster is concerned). Let’s enjoy the game, there is a lot to feast our eyes on. Today we get the full course of being a fan…for the win, for the season, for the future. Go Fins!!

Face it. This team sucks. These coaches will take a good player and convert him to a sucker.

    You youngsters disregard this post:
I wonder if we could get Czonka and Kiick to suit-up ? I wonder if Griese want’s to come down from the booth and help out ? I wonder if Larry Little would like to try being our grand “pulling guard” for a
few games ? I wonder if Shula wants to coach a few more games ? The teams from yesteryear must feel ever so sad these days. A storied franchise trashed and void of any sense of pride in being stalwarts.
I am beyond disappointed. I an disheartened. But, I have been a fan since before Griese, so I will
journey on. What choice do I have ? There is no other ship that I can sail on. A leopard doesn’t change his spots. Go Doplphins – uttered weakly……

I remember Griese and Czonka…sadly it was late 70’s when the magic was gone. But yeah we ned a real coach a smart MAN…not a social idiot who takes a half to figure out a gameplan and frets over gum on the turf.

    Boy where do we start
Our offense sucks. Our defense sucks. Our coaches suck. The season is lost. We now need to start thinking about rebuilding forthe future
I have said before it was a big I mean big mistake to let Mathis slip away
Now we trade will Davis for a seventh round pick to the Ravens
    Are we just that stupid
I mean we don’t have a real corner and we trade one that can play away ?? What the hell is going on.
So we now need to draft
1 a replacement for wake – not effective anymore at stooping the run or sacks
2 running back – we need a bruising running back that can break tackles at the initial line of scrimmage
3 left corner what a disaster McCain
4 nickel corner Taylor has had enough chances he is just not good enough
5 safety Walt Aikens is returning to high school and will be able to play at that level but not as a pro
6 offensive line we need 2 guards that can play
Neither of our guards is good enough to be a backup in the NFL
7 defensive line trade Suh he is infective and too expensive probably need to replace the other defensive tackle he cannot stop the run
8 tight end – we need at least 2 so we need to draft another one
Finally the coaches – all 3 are horrible but the head coach is to blame he has no passion for the game and it’s reflected on the players
How many times has he screamed at them – thrown a fit- unloaded on a player or inspired them – probably none like I’ve said before he is just an administrator
As Trump would say too low energy and that should disqualify him
So lastly Tannebaum. Are you kidding me – what kind of shit are you spewing
To let Davis get away for a seventh round pick ?? That has to be the straw that breaks the camels back
    Why would you do that
Why when we don’t even have a decent corner opposite grimes
    Why not sign Mathis
Are you purposely trying to make us fail
    We need incognito back
    Ok I’ll stop
    Am I mad
    Yes mad as hell

Jamil is playing horrible in the first quarter
On a runing play at 5:30 remaining in the quarter we tried to run miller and Jamie looked so weak he was not able to displace his man and then let him get through to tackle Miller for a one yard loss
    Our offensive line looks horrible
    Boy do we miss incognito
Richie is and was a good guard
Too bad we have such a wuss for a coach that he had to get rid of him because our coach is such a weak meak statue
We lost to Jaguars and néw england burned them for 51 points and we couldn’t get to 20
    We are so frail
Time to start questioning everything but certainly time for a real man to become our coach
I’d like to see Philbin resign now not at the end of the season
    Another rebuilding year …….
We are not ever going to get out of the cellar until we get real men as players and coaches
Obviously bringing Tannebaum has resulted in a worse team than last year and we didn’t think that was possible

    • M.J.

Yeah Ralph Jamil is weak…I mean weak too weak to start in the NFL right now. He played horrible. Gray actually is good though and will be with us next year, I believe. It will be him and Williams….and a new coach :O Wake is injured …his hammy, without his speed he stinks. Philbin should have been fired last year. He is a social idiot and I cant understand how this awkward, uncomfortable man could ever expect to lead men…he doesn’t even make up for his shortcoming with intellect. McCain is garbage…and i don’t think Suh is the problem. Wake is dead weight and Vernon has stunk and Right DT is inconsistent at best, plus Jenkins has played decent but the rest just stink. PHilly needs to be canned ASAP.
