Campbell’s “Toughness” Gets Healthy Stars

The Dolphins travel to Tennessee to take on the Titans at 1 pm on Sunday. Fins are coming off their bye week, which means that they have had 2 full weeks to prepare for the Titans. A lot has changed in these two weeks with the firing of the head coach and defensive coordinator. Practices have been more intense, which hopefully translates into the team playing better this Sunday. Lastly, there have been players getting healthy and some shuffle in the starting lineup.

Albert and Grimes are both expected to play, and Wake, who has been battling a hamstring injury this whole season, is 2 weeks fresher and probable. If nothing else were to change, these three players alone have the ability to make a difference. In addition, Dion Sims, who is overcoming his concussion in the first game against Washington, is probable to play as well. Not only is Sims a good pass-catching tight end, but he is also a very good blocking tight end, which would be a huge boost to the offensive line and the running game.

The offensive line is getting a makeover with Albert back, and also Campbell is making a switch with Jamil Douglas heading to the bench and Billy Turner named the starter. Hopefully, this will be an improvement and with the addition of Sims as a blocking tight end, the Dolphins seem to have their best chance for a real running game a chance. It will of course come down to the Rb’s running with the purpose of actual success in running the ball.

The best pay per head reviews in the world opened up the Dolphins line at +2. At the beginning of the week, the line made a little move up to +2.5 for the Phins, and then since then, it has been steadily moving down. At the moment the line is now at +1 for the Dolphins, and the action is coming in a pretty split. Inside sources are telling me they are receiving sharp action on the Phins.

The Dolphins need to come out and show from the first snap that they have pride and the talent to compete for a playoff spot. Sure the Phins are 1-3, but there are many teams in the AFC that are not doing very well. Technically the Dolphins are only 2 games out of the wild card spot. This weekend the Dolphins need to win, and a win can do wonders for the overall mentality of the team. My prediction is that the Dolphins will win this game in Tennessee. What does the rest of the Miami Dolphins news fans think about this upcoming game?

Really glad to see Albert back
Can we play Fox at right guard ?
Also glad to hear Simms might be back – we really need a blocking tight end

Fox at 6’6” loses alot of leverage to dig out defenders on the interior. Think it’s either turner of Jamil…and Jamil can’t cut it. Turner needs to pan out.
